The wine has a youthful, straw-yellow colour. On the nose aromas of honeysuckle, gooseberries and subtle caramel aromas prevail. Once in the mouth the wine fills out deliciously and repeats the flavours found on the smell. The wine is fairly rich but has a refreshing acidity which cleans the palate very nicely. A very good example of South African Chenin Blanc.
