The Grande Provence Amphora 2024
The wine has a pale, straw-yellow colour. The nose is complex with aromas of frankincense, honey, butter and flowers. The palate is rich and round showing plenty of glycerol. There is enough evidence of oak wood, but this is well balanced with the fruit. This is a wine to be savoured for its many flavour facets.

| Other | Unfiltered wine: Sediment in wine, is a natural occurrence and not a cause for concern. It's typically composed of harmless tartrate crystals or spent yeast cells (lees) that fall out of suspension during fermentation and aging. These components, while sometimes visually unappealing, are safe to consume and can even be a sign of a well-made, unfiltered wine. |
