The Grande Provence Sauvignon Blanc displays a light, straw colour. Green fig aromas dominate on the nose while there are some tropical notes too. The palate is succulent with a crisp acidity that cleans the palate right through to a dry finish. This is a great sipping wine but also asks for flavourful fish and seafood dishes or white meat casseroles.
