The grapes originate from meticulously selected vineyards in the Stellenbosch and Durbanville areas. Special attention is given to ensure that the grapes are exposed to enough sunlight during the ripening period. This results in full, juicy berries rich in character and flavour.
This medium-bodied wine shows an abundance of gooseberries, fig and guava with tropical fruit and hints of cut grass on the nose, typical of this variety. The palate is full and concentrated, balanced by a zesty acidity that finishes with a lingering aftertaste.
Enjoy with vegetarian dishes, salads or lightly seasoned seafood or chicken dishes. This is a lovely food wine, but can also be enjoyed on its own.

Our Chenin Blanc is harvested from vineyards in the Stellenbosch and Franschhoek area. The Franschhoek vineyard is 38 years old. The grapes were picked early morning during February at optimal ripeness to ensure that the varietal characteristics are best captured. The grapes are brought into the cellar where they are whole bunch pressed to further ensure that the varietal fruit characteristics are preserved. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain freshness and a fruity expression. The wine was aged on the lees for 8 months.
This unwooded, crisp white wine shows passionfruit, guava and apricot on the nose. The palate displays concentrated layers of pome fruit, balanced with a fresh acidity and textural finish.
Enjoy this wine with meaty salads and simply prepared pork or chicken dishes. Also a great partner to grilled pear with a honey glaze sauce.

The Chardonnay grapes come from the valley of Robertsvlei in Franschhoek. With temperatures of up to 5°C colder than the Franschhoek valley floor, this is ideal for the cultivation of this noble variety. Open canopies allow for sunshine to yellow the bunches and concentrate the fruity flavours. A longer ripening period and moderate rainfall results in grapes filled with concentrated fruit flavours.
Matured for 11 months in 50% first fill, 30% second fill and 20% third fill 500L French oak barrels.
An elegant, full bodied wine with outstanding fruit and wood integration. Experience citrus, almonds and creamy notes on the nose, with nuances of vanilla. The wine has a focused acidity on the palate with an elegant, lingering finish.

The Grapes are harvested from southwest facing vineyards in the Franschhoek valley. The well-drained, decomposed sandstone soils are ideal for the cultivation of Cabernet Sauvignon. The winemaker implements appropriate canopy management to achieve berries with deep colour and concentrated fruit flavours.
What makes this wine unique is the location of the vineyard. The vineyard is situated next to a row of eucalyptus trees.
During winter rain, the eucalyptus trees suck up all the water from the surrounding soils.
The water is then pushed out from the tip of the leaves and the wind disperses it over the vineyard where it lands on the grapes creating that unique minty taste in the wine.
High temperatures during summer cause the eucalyptus trees to ‘sweat’ from the stomata and produce a mist that blows over the vineyard, further contributing to the minty flavour.
A medium-bodied red wine with upfront notes of raspberries, cherries mulberries, plumbs, slight notes of fruitcake, pencil shavings, tobacco and mint on the nose. These juicy notes cross over onto the palate all supported by velvety tannins that linger and create an elegant finish.
This wine was matured in French oak barrels for 24 months. Enjoy now or cellar for 5-8 years.

Shiraz grapes for the Grande Provence range come from vineyards high on the southwest facing slopes of the Franschhoek Mountains. The 2017 vintage was an excellent year, resulting in a full ripe expression of the cultivar.
This medium-bodied red wine has ripe blackberry, blackcurrent, plum and fruitcake, with hints of toffy, vanilla, licorice and mulled spice flavours followed by delicate white pepper nuances on the nose and palate. Well integrated oak and soft tannins give the wine a plush palate that lingers on the aftertaste.
This wine was oak matured for 21 months in 30% new French oak.

This Shiraz can be enjoyed with smoked meats and charcuterie, game dishes and red meat with an intense pepper sauce.
